CRY ECG Screening Clinics
CRY holds ECG screening clinics for those aged 14 to 35 at a number of established locations around the UK including Belfast, Cardiff, Colchester, Liverpool and London (click here for clinic addresses). The CRY mobile screening unit facilitates various screening events at other locations in the UK – often organised by CRY supporters.
What is an ECG test?
An Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a test which looks at the electrical conduction pathways around the heart. Small stickers known as electrodes are placed on the client's chest and the wires from the electrodes connected to an ECG machine whilst you lie still.
A printout of the heart's electrical activity is obtained for evaluation by the cardiologist. This test is painless, non-invasive and takes just a few minutes to perform (click here for more screening information).
Booking a place at a CRY screening clinic
To book a place at any of our clinics, please click on the date of your choice from the list (left). This will take you into our online booking system.

If you are unable to attend any of the dates listed or there is no space available please click here to register your interest in screening. You will then be contacted when future clinic dates in your area are confirmed.
1995 / ICAP screening clinics
CRY is running regular cardiac testing clinics that are available free of charge to any person in the south east who was born in 1995.
The venue for these clinics is the CRY Centre for Inherited Cardiovascular Conditions and Sports Cardiology, at St. George's Hospital in Tooting, London. For more information or to book at place at one of these clinics, please click here.
