On Saturday, Kelso Ladies retained the Eilidh Walker Memorial Cup with a powerful 64–29 win over Gala. Under glorious sunshine, both teams played with heart and skill, making it a truly joyful match to watch.
This wasn’t just about rugby—it was about remembrance. This year, we chose to support CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) in memory of Eilidh. They kindly provided leaflets and a banner to help us raise awareness of cardiac risk, which is sadly on the rise among young people. Their message of support—wishing us a fulfilling day in Eilidh’s memory—meant a great deal. And we can safely say: it truly was a fulfilling day!!!
Thank you to everyone who played, donated, supported, and stood with us. You helped make this day one of legacy, laughter, and love 💙
