Around 25 years ago a group of 8-year-olds started playing mini rugby at Cobham RFC; the age group went on to be one of the best teams in Surrey and England. One of those youngsters was Matt Cragg – Craggy – who sadly passed away 12 years ago.
The age group Dads have played an annual Golf tournament since those early days and recently the lads (who are now 33 years old) have joined in too. For the last XX years we have raised funds at the annual event in memory of Craggy and in support of CRY, this year raising over £1,000.
The photo shows the Dads lined up against the Lads (plus one particularly slow drinking Dad as a handicap) in a Boat Race.
