Dan’s former football manger Lian Kelly was due to run the London Marathon for CRY in April; With the help of good friend Craig Mason A quiz night was held at Audley cricket club on Friday 29th of February to help raise the £2,000 needed. It was standing room only as the 15 teams tackled a picture round and questions on General Knowledge, Sport, current affairs and music. The winners received a free round of drinks from the bar and a Dan Hughes key ring for their trouble. The raffle and food added to the entrance fee meant that £1,006 was raised on the night. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the London marathon was postponed but Liam will be running when it is restaged in October and we wish him and all the CRY runners the very best of luck.
