David Terence Ian Smith
Our talented golfer David Smith led a happy healthy life with a passion for sport and going to the gym. He was so loving and wouldn’t leave the house without saying he loved you. His friends thought so highly of him, he would help anyone in need. But in August of 2024 our young construction worker lost his life after suffering a fatal cardiac arrhythmia.
As a family we are setting out to help as many families as possible by raising money and awareness to try and prevent other families going through the heartache that we do everyday since he’s been gone.
This memorial fund has been set up by the family to help CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) raise awareness of young sudden cardiac death, support those affected, support CRY’s screening programme and fund research and pathology.
