Thomas’ godfather, Derek Gammage (Big D), ran the Hertfordshire Half Marathon on Sunday 07 November 2021 to mark ten years since Thomas’ passing.
Derek ran his first half marathon under the time of 2 hours and smashed his personal best by more than 10 minutes to record a time under 1 hour 50 minutes. Derek raised £250 for his run!
