CRY supporter Simon Willis works for the Mitsubishi World Rally Team, and he arranged for the team to offer one lucky person the ride of a lifetime in a Mitsubishi World Rally Car at the 2007 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

This exclusive offer was auctioned via eBay, with 100% of the winning bid being donated to CRY. The winning bid was £1010

The top bidder on the auction won a ride in a full 2007 specification Mitsubishi World Rally Car prepared by Mitsubishi Motor Sports, as driven on WRC rallies in 2007 by Toni Gardemeister, Xavier Pons and Juho Hanninen, and driven in previous years by Harri Rovanpera, Gilles Panizzi and Gigi Galli.

The passenger ride consisted of 1 run up the famous Goodwood hill climb, and 1 run around the Goodwood rally stage.

The winner of the auction was provided with 2 entry tickets, and 1 car pass.
