Harley’s grandad Doug works at Reynolds Catering Supplies & they are absolutely great in all the support they give him personally every day.
They are also great with helping him when he is organising events, in both raising awareness of sudden cardiac death & in sponsoring him.
They also do lovely things such as their Christmas card donation for Harley & on this occasion, Denise Radmore has kindly thought of us & Harley again, & this is the explanation she emailed me about the donation of £100:
“Hi Michelle
I just want to say that it was an honour to donate our charity pot to Harley’s fundraising. Each Friday a few members of the Fat Club come to our office and weigh themselves and donate 50p per weighing. Although I record their weight each week, there is an awful lot of banter from the people who attend, as none of them keep their weights a secret.”
When your dad said about the auction you did, I thought it would be lovely for us to donate this money for Harley’s charity. I put this suggestion to all the people who attend the Club and everyone was in total agreement of this very worthy cause.
If this small amount helps a bit, then it will give us all joy.
