Reece Hill completed the Great North Run half marathon in 1 hour and 55 minutes, in memory of his best friend, Paul McCann. Reece said of the event, “When times got hard between mile eight and mile 11, I don’t know how I got from one end to the other. But I knew he was looking over me and pushing me on. He would never have let me give up.” £750 has been raised for CRY so far.
