Lead by mum Nicola, relatives of Jordan Burndred are hosting heart screening to mark what would have been his 21st Birthday. So far they have raised over £80,000 for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) so that over 700 young people aged 14 to 35 could be screened.
Preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.
