This memorial fund has been set up by the family to help CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) raise awareness of young sudden cardiac death, support those affected, support CRY’s screening programme and fund research and pathology.

16 year old Sam, his dad Joel and family member John took on the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride on Sunday 13th July. They smashed their target of £500 and managed to raise a huge £795 for Jake’s CRY memorial fund. Well done Sam, Joel and John ⭐️
