For the 5th time since the sudden and unexplained death of our colleague Matt Bond in March 2013, Duff & Phelps held the annual Matt Bond Memorial Cricket day this year at the beautiful grounds of HSBC Sports Club in New Beckenham on 17 August 2017.

After a slight delay at the start due to rain overnight the sun shone eventually and the cricket got way! 10 teams battled all day for the trophy and after 20 matches it came down to a final between Hilco and the All Stars teams. Hilco this year proved too strong for everyone and deservedly lifted the trophy for the first time.

It was a great day, enjoyed by everyone with over £1400 raised for CRY.

Thank you too all the players that took part and everyone that assisted in organising another success day.
