During Miccoli’s appearance at the Nottingham shopping centre, they were approached by several bereaved families who shared their stories with the band and also commented on the good work that the bereavement supporters do for CRY.
Miccoli stated “It’s important to acknowledge the crucial role of providing bereavement support that CRY offers to those families affected.”
CRY has trained a network of bereavement supporters, all of whom have been affected by young sudden cardiac death. They have completed our two year BAC accredited Counselling Skills and Theory course so that they can support others through their loss. CRY offers individual telephone support with our bereavement supporters. For more information on CRY’s bereavement support please click here.
Miccoli enjoyed their time in Nottingham and will be in performing in Norwich next weekend.
