Well, we finished our race yesterday and I was far too tired to send in photos – ha ha! We crossed the finish line together in around 5 hours – just waiting for an email with the exact time and hopefully a certificate.

The atmosphere at the marathon was brilliant, lots of support from the local people who cheered us all the way around! It has inspired some of our friends to do other events too and hopefully raise some more money for charity.
Idwal said, “I had a fantastic time at the MK Marathon. So happy to have raised so much money for a great cause. Simon and I will be doing it again.”
We really enjoyed the whole thing (aside from the pain) and hope that these kind of events continue in the future!
