We arrived safely back from our 180 mile bike ride last week and are now slowly recovering!

We cycled through Holland and Belgium over three days and the route was fortunately very flat but the challenge was the speed we were going – 20 mph at times which, for us, is not something we are used to.

Having said that we had great fun and a huge amount of money has been raised for many charities as each rider was allowed to choose their own charity to support.

The photos include one of Tracey and me showing off our CRY logos on our shirts and another of all the riders who took part. There is also a picture of me ‘in action’!
