Nicola Tait will be taking part in the Great South Run in memory of her partner, Kris Cook who died during the LondonRide 100 in 2014. Since his death, Nicola has set up a running and cycling group in Kris’ memory, just a year later she has raised over £27,000 for CRY.
Preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.
