Swansea's finest have been letting their hair down and having a ball, all in the name of charity.
The event was the Lord Mayor's Charity Ball. The venue – the Brangwyn Hall. The purpose – to raise as much money as possible while having a good time.
And that's just what they did, eating like kings and dancing the night away to Fat Barry's Soul Band.
The black tie event enjoyed by 470 punters raised around £11,000 for the Lord Mayor's charities.
The money will go towards Cardiac Risk in the Young and local groups helping children with special needs.
Among items up for grabs in a post-dinner auction was a huge print, donated by the Evening Post, featuring Wales's Grand Slam winners.
Paul James, of Gorseinon Market, made it his own with a bid of £750.
Other sought-after lots included a John Hartson shirt donated by Councillor Roger Smith and his wife Paulette.
Master of ceremonies Kevin Johns said: "It was a great evening for an excellent cause."
