Staff at an Aust Insurance firm have raised more than £2,000 in memory of a colleague.
Commercial Vehicle Direct presented a cheque for £2,441.05 to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) last week.
the company raised the money through a series of fun days in memory of Justyn Johnson, who died, aged 30, in September 2005.
Justyn, who worked in the firm's call centre, died of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.
The CRY charity offers support to those who have suffered a loss through a network of affected families and counselling.
Managing director Graham Powell said: "CRY is a fairly young but very important charity, dedicated to raising awareness of this devastating condition through support, campaigning and medical funding.
"Justyn was an exceptional employee and an exceptional young man and we are proud to have been able to raise these funds in his memory."
