On Friday 10th October we held our first Quiz at The Raggalds, Queensbury which will now be held annually. We raised £2,024.07 made up of £838.18 in raffle tickets and games on the evening and £1,185.90 from quiz ticket sales. The room was decorated with the CRY colours and autumn themed table decorations for Anja’s favourite season. There was a ‘can you beat Anja’ round, which included questions on Anja’s favourite subjects: biology, chemistry, Greek mythology, travel and literature. 

Our second quiz will be held the day before Anja’s 20th birthday next year on Friday 15th May and 50 people have already reserved tickets after this quiz sold out 115 tickets in just 4 days! Since losing Anja on 1st June this year, this event means we have now raised over £23,000 with many more events planned.
