The 12th edition of the Royal Parks Half Marathon saw 16,000 runners take part in the event on a damp and windy day. It was great to meet some of the CRY team that made their way to the charity meeting point to come and see us and collect their CRY medal.
We are very grateful to each of our runners that took part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon and for their fantastic fundraising efforts for CRY. We would also like to thank the friends and family members that went along to cheer on the CRY runners and help them get around the course in what were cold and wet conditions.
We would also like to thank the volunteers who kindly went along to cheer on our CRY team on the day: Hanna Barclay, Alex Marson and Suzanne Rowan. We truly appreciate you taking the time to help us support the CRY team and we would not be able to do this without your support.
If you are interested in sending any write ups/photos or would like to take part in this event next year, please email events@c-r-y.org.uk or call the CRY office on 01737 363222 to register your interest for next year.
