On 14th June the friends and family of Gary Pope funded a CRY screening in his memory at the CRY Centre for Inherited cardiovascular Disease and Sports Cardiology at St George’s Hospital. The screening team lead by Dr Ahmed Merghani tested 74 people on the day. Earlier in the year the friends and family of Gary donated a third ECG machine in his memory to support screening.
