March 2008 A grand charity show was recently held at Cobridge Coronation Club, Stoke on Trent, to raise money for CRY and Mencap. On Friday 11th July Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat held a Scarlet Masquerade Ball to raise money & awareness in memory of Nathan Butler. The evening included cocktail arrival drinks, a 3 course meal, fantastic raffle prizes, DJ entertainment & a wonderful, heart-warming speech by one of the CRY representatives Dani West. On Sunday 15th June a group of friends & family climbed Snowdon to raise money & awareness in memory of Nathan Butler & Jon Haynes. The 11 mile climb took just under 5 hours & raised £700.
