Thank you to everyone who attended and played in the first year of the annual Moodey Cup! On a clear and sunny Sunday, it was fantastic to see 11 teams compete for the cup, cheered on by a devoted set of vocal supporters on the side lines. We raised a whopping £2,400! Sam was a keen footballer; his illustrious career included playing for AC Finchley, Haberdashers Boy’s team, Warwick Roots Football Team, his church teams, and most recently for the North London Zubrons. Every year we will run this event and we hope to double its size for next year. If you’d like to get involved/hear more about the event, please do reach out!
