My sister, Louise Teeder, sadly passed away from a heart condition, that no one knew she had, 2 years ago at the age of 33. I had never heard of CRY before this, but they were very supportive and do such great work in raising awareness so we can try to prevent such tragedies from happening.

My friend Kate and I decided to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge in aid of CRY. Definitely not easy! Weather conditions on the 2nd mountain, Whernside, were the worst with heavy rain and strong wind, you couldn’t see a few metres in front of you! I’m glad to say we managed to complete the hike in 12 hours.
