London Triathlon 2010

On Sunday 8th August 2010, my great friend Dave Bentley and I took part in the London Triathlon in order to raise funds for, and awareness of, CRY. The day went extremely well, and although it was very hard work it was massively rewarding to finish knowing we had completed it for such a worthy cause.

July 2010 Waitrose in Stourbridge donated £430 to the Zoe Teale Memorial Fund within Cardiac Risk in the Young Charity.
