Charity Bungee Day in memory of Alex Roberts

On Saturday April 7th we had a Bungee Day at The Brook Pub in Cambridge, to raise funds for CRY. After a dodgy start weather-wise, the clouds cleared, the sun came out and biggest crane I’ve ever seen arrived for the intrepid jumpers. We were told we needed 40 jumpers to ensure the costs were covered,

On December 26th, eighteen of us braved the freezing temperatures of the North Sea in memory of Kasia, at the annual Boxing Day Dip Although the water was cold, we all did Kasia’s memory proud. All in all, a great amount of £836.80 was raised for CRY, and we intend to make braving the cold a

Although very emotional, we felt so proud that they did this and what a great bunch they are – and also the Seaton Carew team for taking part. Both teams played great, I have never been so interested in rugby.

"The Dreaded Cut" – in memory of Mike Scott

As it was almost ten years since Mike had died, his cousin Sara (my niece) decided she wanted to do something in his memory, but couldn’t think what to do. Barney (a friend) suggested that Danny (another friend of Sara’s who had been in the same year at school with her and Mike) had been growing
