We were invited down to Leek Town Football Club to watch the final between Matlock and Warrington. The NPL Academy have kindly had a trophy made in Jordan’s memory to keep his legacy alive, so it was lovely to watch the Jordan Burndred memorial trophy be lifted again. 24th April 2018 The screening weekend took place at Bradwell Memorial Hall last weekend. 214 local young people had their hearts screened, with six of them being referred onto their GP’s for further testing. The community supported the weekend with cakes and drinks for donations – £1000 was raised in memory of Kyle Hancock. Read more
