February is Heart Month and a great time to highlight the importance of all heart-related issues including young sudden cardiac death. Each year CRY puts a plan into action to raise awareness, engage the public and try to make a difference that could save young lives from an undiagnosed heart condition.

Along with our plan to raise awareness this year,  we are also looking for supporters to join #TeamCRY by signing up for a fundraising event in 2022. With the impact on fundraising events over the past two years due to the pandemic, we are looking for supporters who want to take on challenge this year and help raise vital funds and awareness at these events for CRY.

With fundraising events happening all through-out 2022 there is an event for suited for everyone, whether it be taking on your first 5K, getting comfy on your bike saddle to take on the new RideLondon-Essex 100 or joining what will hopefully be our biggest team at the Great North Run later this year our fundraising team are here to support you!
