Italian Evening

This is a photo of our Italian evening at which we raised  £254.00 for Rory’s foundation at CRY. We had a 3 course meal for about 30 guests prepared to a high standard by Rory’s Auntie Helen Gaythorpe. A good time was had by all.


Rory’s Return raises £161

This is a photo of our good friend and supporter Sue Wright. Sue attends all our CRY events and we are so grateful to her for all her support. Sue retired from teaching this summer and had her retirement party at Rory’s Return at which we raised £161.00 for Rory’s foundation at CRY.

Bunny adoption donation in memory of Rory

Cardiac Screenings in memory of Rory Embling

Yorkshire Evening Post, 14th August 2017 Second screening clinic at pub, Rory’s Return, in memory of Rory Embling who died from Sudden Adult death Syndrome in 2014. The pub held its first screening in March this year, at which 9 young people where referred on for further testing. There will be 100 free screenings available. Read

Garden party in memory of Rory

Helen Gaythorpe, Rory’s Aunt, prepared and donated all the food for a garden party at Rory’s Return at which we raised £302 for Rory’s foundation at CRY. We were entertained by a great magician called Lee at the garden party.
