24-hour fitness challenge in memory of Sam Standerwick

Rhyl Journal, 27th April 2018 Adam White, Mike Clark, Jimmy Cook and Dan Harrison completed 2,400 press ups, sit-ups, kettle bell swings and 24 miles of running and rowing at Fitness HQ, St Asaph. The challenge was to raise money for the Sam Standerwick Memorial Fund with CRY, and will go towards funding a 2nd heart
