Our very good friend Sandra Clark organised a riverboat disco for CRY in memory of Adam on Sunday, 25th June. The sun was luckily shining on the day! Having completed the Greater Manchester 2016 last year for CRY in memory of Steffani Broughton I decided to participate in the Edinburgh Marathon this year on 28th May 2017 for the same cause. Similar to the Manchester Marathon a year earlier the weather was favourable with it being a very sunny day. Martin Evans

On Friday 16th June, the Tean Community Singers held a June in Bloom concert at The Venue, Tean in memory of Joe. They sang an array of songs accompanied by The Outlaws. The night was a huge success and a total of £500 was raised. This will be funding the running of another screening day. Thank

Full Challenge 100km (62 miles) – Sat 1 to Sun 2 July 2017 Continuous walk from Bath to Cheltenham. Saturday morning 6.40 am start, going through day & night for a Sunday finish afternoon finish at 14.45. A total of 32 hours. We decided to take part in the ‘Cotswold Way’ Challenge in memory of Jack.
