We held our first ECG screening event at over the weekend of 25th & 26th March, and it was an overwhelming success. 217 young people were screened during the event. On Sunday 15th October, I ran my first ever half marathon in aid of Cardiac Risk in the Young, contributing to the amazing work that the Bradbury family and friends have already carried out over the last 2 years. As a first time runner, completing this run was a massive achievement and the event itself
My daughter Stacey ran in her first ever half marathon in aid of CRY in memory of James Nicholas (The James Nicholas Foundation). She completed the marathon in 2 hours 1 minute and has raised around £320 with sponsor money still coming in. Debbie Jenion
