More than 100 golfers held their breath on Sunday morning before it was announced that Little Hay Golf Course could open for their charity tournament after the previous day’s continual rain. September 2010 Preston Swimming Club took part in a sponsored swim for CRY in which 95 swimmers swam varying distances, from the youngest members swimming 100 meters to the senior swimmers completing 5000 meters in the allotted pool time. 11th to 15th October 2010 The week started off well with the Ergathon – we had 5 different clubs on the rowing machines for the whole 12 hours and got a lot of publicity for the rest of the week! Wednesday we had Sports Nite when everyone dressed in red and we had a sports quiz,
